Is there a free trial?
Not currently — each reading is a thoughtfully prepared piece of work. The Spiritual Blueprint, reading history, and journal are all free to use.
Can I get a refund?
If your reading has not yet been started, contact us and we will refund you in full. Once Ava has begun writing, we are unable to offer refunds.
Do I need to create an account?
You need an account to submit a reading. The reading itself can be opened via the email link without logging in.
What currency is used?
All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). Stripe converts automatically to your local currency at checkout.
